Marta Tura is an assistant professor at the Business Management Department at the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC). She is a member of the GIOPACT research group. She has participated in several projects for the “Institut Català de les Dones” related to equal opportunities for women and men. She has collaborated in projects based in working, familiar and personal lifes balance.
