Carme Martínez Costa

Carme Martinez Costa holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and she is a full-time university teacher at the Business Management Department at the University Polytechnic of Catalonia (UPC). She has developed her academic activity in Innovation Management and in Industrial Engineering. From 1996 her research activity is based in equal opportunities between women and men. She has participated in several research projects for Instituto de la Mujer del Ministerio de Trabajo y Asuntos Sociales, the “Institut Català de la Dona” and European projects. She is the author of several books, articles and working papers, and she is co-author of the White Book of Women in Catalonia in the science and technology world.
