Anna M.Coves Moreno holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and she is a full-time university teacher at the Business Management Department and at Institute of Industrial and Control Engineering, both at the University Polytechnic of Catalonia (UPC). She has teached at Computers Faculty of Barcelona and she has been teaching, too, at Industrial Engineering School of Barcelona. She has participated in several research projects for Instituto de la Mujer del Ministerio de Trabajo y Asuntos Sociales, the “Institut Català de la Dona” and European projects. She has participated in several congress and seminars, she is the co-author of several papers and books.
