Proyecto ISOS: Las diferencias salariales entre mujeres y hombres y la valoración de puestos de trabajo

It is a project coordinated by the Institute of the Woman, in the program of the strategy common framework on the equality between men and women, with the following objectives: (1) doing and studying the results of a questionnaire to study the relation between retribution and characteristics of the position of work and (2) Designing and establishing a system of valorizing the positions of work with guarantee of neutrality and that can be utilized for people with different levels of knowledge of the techniques of valuation.
