The system ISOS is presented for the work positions appraisal and its data processing establishment. ISOS has been designed so that can value any position, since the industry or the services, without discrimination of kind and so that can be useable by people with different needs and degrees of knowledge on the work positions appraisal. It is obtained from the answers to a questionnaire that includes aspects of the work positions not considered in the traditional systems.
