Modelos de programación matemática para el cálculo de pesos en sistemas de valoración de puestos de trabajo

A new line of work on the calculation of weight, by means of models of mathematical programming, in systems of valuation of working places. The above mentioned models allow to impose such conditions as: (i) two or more working places have to have the same value; (ii) the value of every element of a key set of places has to belong to a given interval; (iii) has to fulfill a correspondence given between places and groups (where the groups are arranged and they have an interval associated, pre-established or to determining by means of the proper model). These problems lead models of linear programming or cuadratic with a variety of functions aim. They present the above mentioned models and an experience with the same ones.
