Summary:

It is studied the relation among the work positions appraisal and the salary discrimination of the woman, in the context of two projects of investigation supported by the Institute of the Woman. In the first project they treated economic and legal aspects of the salary discrimination of the woman and their relation with the work positions appraisal. The second project was of transnational character and included the participation of five countries, of which was done, by means of a questionnaire, a diagnosis of the situation. From this diagnosis devised a guide of good practices against the salary discrimination by reason of kind.
