Equal pay for work of equal value and job evaluation. The Spanish case.

It has been studied the relation among the appraisal of the positions of work and the salary discrimination of the woman in two projects of investigation promoted by the Institute of the Woman of the Department of Labor and Social Matters. The first project belongs at the III National Plan of I + D and in the second, with transnational character, have participated teams of five countries, inside the IV Program of Common Action.
