Aplicación de la valoración de puestos de trabajo como herramienta para combatir la discriminación salarial

It is presented an application to the sanitary sector of the project of investigation about discrimination salary in which participated the authors of this presentation. The work carried out a quantitative and a comparative study of the positions of work of a center of primary health care. This project advises the utilization of methods of valorizing work positions by the assignation of points by factors as a tool to fight the discrimination salary, but aides the need to verify and to control the neutrality of the process.
